The Cluster Revenue Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all group, transient and contract reservations are input promptly and accurately. This position reports to the Cluster Revenue Analyst.
The successful candidate will be based on site.
As the Cluster Revenue Coordinator, you will:
Ensures group blocks are entered in a timely fashion to property management system
Modifies group block entry as needed
Monitors group/airline inventory and releases unsold rooms as needed
Ensures airline manifest is entered promptly - and appropriate billing is set up
Ensures any unsold rooms are released from Air crew block
IT reservations as needed
Process advance payment on reservations as needed
Ensures billing in place on all reservations requesting billing
Prepares group files for front desk
Process all fax and email requests
Rate maintenance - as needed
Ensures confirmations are sent as requested
Assists with TA commission verification as needed
Ensures day files are kept up to date
Ensures appropriate documentation is sent to Accounting
Process all R&F and VIP requests
Attends group pickup meeting
Balances room inventory 1-14 days out
All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
Previous Revenue Management experience preferred
Highly motivated, a self-starter and team player in a fast paced environment.
Good working knowledge of hotel computer systems, MS Office applications including Excel Windows applications
Extremely well organized with superb attention to detail
Professional, personable and conscientious
