We are seeking a motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clubhouse, pro shop, and kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of member satisfaction while managing staff, sales, and overall clubhouse performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and a passion for promoting a positive club environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead club staff, ensuring effective training and development programs are in place.
Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
Drive retail sales by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting club offerings.
Oversee cashiering functions, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with members to enhance their experience and encourage retention.
Monitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
Organize promotional events and activities to increase member engagement and attract new clientele.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail or service industry.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in training development for staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Knowledge of POS procedures and sales management practices is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with members and staff alike.
