Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our brand and products by engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through effective communication through street promotion, marketing and online marketing. This role requires a passion for customer service, strong public speaking skills, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Duties

Actively engage with customers to promote services. Communicate effectively with potential customers to generate interest and drive sales. Market products through various channels, including in-person events and social media. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility. Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings to answer questions confidently. Gather feedback from customers to improve promotional efforts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for reaching a broader customer base. Proven sales experience or a background in marketing is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in various settings. Comfortable conducting product demos in front of groups. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
