We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and customer service with a consistent drive to grow the business. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping our current members as well as getting new ones started with our studios.

Duties

Greet members warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing studio. Building rapport to drive sales and process sales transactions accurately. Contacting prospects to help drive interest to attending and joining our studio. Performing daily tasks (calls, emails, texts). Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding memberships, classes, schedules, equipment, policies, etc. Handle member and prospect inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure member and prospect satisfaction. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. Build upon a positive work culture and environment. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on sales techniques and performance.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer service is very much preferred. A passion for fitness and/or a healthy lifestyle. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. A proactive approach to to help drive revenue in the studio.

Job Types: Part-time


Pay: From $17.00 per hour + Commission


Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week


Shifts:

4-6 hour shifts weekdays 8 hour shifts on weekends Afternoon shift Evening shift Limited weekday mornings available

Work days:

Weekdays Weekends as needed
