Cloud Land is looking for

friendly, dependable, and energetic part time team members

to join our fun, safe, and welcoming space designed for families and children aged 12&under. If you're passionate about working with kids, providing exceptional guest experiences, and being part of a positive team, we'd love to meet you!

: $15/hour

Pay Range

: Starting at $15, and up to$17/hour based on experience and performance

Availability Required

- Must be available to work

on the weekends and holidays between 9 AM - 9 PM

- Flexiable weekday schedule

Responsibilities

- Engage with families and children

to ensure a warm and cheerful environment

- Monitor the playground area

, ensuring children's safety and enforcing facility rules

- Operate the front desk & POS system

for admissions, drinks, and gift items

- Help organize and assist with

birthday party

Maintain cleanliness in all areas including play zones, washrooms, and guest seating areas

- Restock supplies and ensure a visually clean and tidy environment

- Support the team with

daily operations

and light troubleshooting (e.g. projector/screen resets, minor guest concerns)

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

- 1-2 years of customer service or child related experience preferred

- Enjoy working with children

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
