Informations clients/partenaires Accelerer la creation de valeur Interagir activement avec les decideurs metier et techniques pour stimuler l'intention, l'adoption et l'utilisation d'Exchange Server et d'Exchange Online, assurant ainsi le renouvellement a long terme du client. Mobiliser les experts techniques et commerciaux autour d'opportunites supplementaires afin de developper des feuilles de route specifiques aux clients, favorisant une croissance continue et une meilleure realisation de valeur. Impact commercial : Croissance de l'usage (Cloud & Support) Resolution des obstacles clients Identifier les solutions aux problemes bloquant la mise en production des projets Customer Success en s'appuyant sur une connaissance approfondie des services M365 et une expertise technique solide. Leadership technique : Mentalite Learn It All Demontrer une attitude d'apprentissage continu en alignant vos competences individuelles sur les besoins de l'equipe/la zone et les objectifs du Customer Success. Accelerer les resultats pour les clients Participer activement aux communautes pertinentes pour partager votre expertise, contribuer a la creation d'actifs reutilisables (IP), prioriser leur reutilisation et apprendre des autres afin d'accelerer la transformation de vos clients. Customer Centric: Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging Exchange Server and Exchange Online expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement. Accelerate Value Realization: Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement and usage of Exchange Server and Exchange Online, securing long-term customer renewal. Galvanize technical and sales experts around additional identified opportunities to develop customer specific roadmaps that drive further growth & business value realization. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP. Diplome de baccalaureat en informatique, technologies de l'information, ingenierie, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ET au moins 4 ans d'experience dans les technologies cloud/infrastructure, le conseil ou support en technologies de l'information (TI), l'administration de systemes, les operations reseau, le developpement/support logiciel, les solutions technologiques, le developpement de pratiques, l'architecture et/ou le conseil. Autres exigences Ces exigences comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les controles de securite specialises suivants : Filtrage de fiabilite (Reliability Status) : Ce poste exige que le candidat retenu obtienne et maintienne une autorisation de securite Reliability Status aupres du gouvernement du Canada. Excellente comprehension et expertise en depannage de l'architecture Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016 et Exchange Online Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting Other Requirments These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Reliability Status screening: This position requires that the successful candidate obtain and maintain a Reliability Status security screening with the Government of Canada. - Deep understanding and troubleshooting in Exchange server architecture 201020132016 and Exchange Online - Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging, Mailbox migrations both on prem and cloud. - Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management. - Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations. - Deep understanding in SMTP, Failover Clustering, PowerShell scripting, Active Directory architecture 20082016 Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year.
