Cloud Sales Rep Opportunity

Job Description

Position:

Sales Representative - Cloud and on-premise software solutions, AI, Software Development and digital platform modernization services.

Type:

Flexible, Part-Time (Approx. 15 days/month)

Compensation:

Commission-based plus bonus to start; moves to commission + flat monthly professional fee, along with sales target-based quarterly bonuses based upon sales revenue generating performance.

About the Role



We're hiring three motivated sales professionals ready to grow with us. Cloud Shift delivers to its clients both cloud-based SaaS and on-premise software solutions infused with Agentic AI; Cybersecurity partner services; Software development and customization services and business transformation and digital modernization advisory services. Our software products and solution design services focus on Agentic AI, workflow automation, electronic medical records, "smart" office administration and end-to-end hiring process automation and lifecycle applicant tracking in the human resources space, among other market areas and adjacent segments.

What You'll Earn



Start:

100% commission-based

with quarterly bonuses if sales targets are achieved

Next Phase: Once revenues are steady and your sales performance is consistent, keep your commissions plus a flat monthly fee for approx. 15 working days per month. Quarterly bonuses will remain intact based upon achieving performance targets.

You'll sell

all

our products, giving you multiple income streams and plenty of room to grow. You will also be offered an annual

$300 training incentive

that will be applied to paying for industry certification or training courses you may wish to take.

What You Bring



Experience in selling SaaS solutions, B2C and B2B sales

Experience in strategic sales channel development

Experience developing sales funnels, sales planning and execution

Strong communication and presentation skills

Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory (English/French)

A self-starter mindset and performance-driven attitude

A book of key business and/or client contacts would be an asset

Familiarity with product pricing and pricing structures would be an asset but not mandatory
