Operational Support & Ticket Management
Fulfill incident, change, and problem tickets for Microsoft 365 workloads according to SLAs.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Exchange Online, MS Teams, Defender, Purview, and related cloud services.
Perform upgrades, configuration adjustments, and hands-on implementation of messaging systems.

Service Enhancement & Recommendations
Review new service/technology requests and assess operational impacts.
Provide recommendations covering resource requirements, dependencies, policy impacts, and configuration optimizations.
Evaluate existing services and propose remediation strategies where needed.

Architecture & Deployment Support
Assist with the development of action plans, schedules, task lists, and resource assignments for deployments.
Contribute to architectural planning activities for messaging platforms and cloud solutions.
