We provide our customers, including some of the worlds\xe2\x80\x99 most successful Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, with end-to-end knowledge solutions including technical documentation, training, technical support, and information auditing.We are looking for full time Cloud Install Support Specialists, who will assist customers through a complex process and drive the outcomes necessary for the ultimate success.Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the customer to gather technical requirements\xe2\x80\xa2 Research, architects, designs, writes, and tests new workflows.
  • Manages the technical correctness and completeness of integrated system designs and provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
  • As required, provide phone registration support for customer
  • Provision of customer training sessions, i.e. Pre-Go Live Admin training session and Post Go Live Admin training session
  • Following Go Live, provide customer technical support for a one-week period to confirm with customer there are no further outstanding issues prior to transitioning to ongoing support services team, i.e. Day 2 support
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-year related experience with a Technical diploma
  • Knowledge of VoIP technology and terminology
  • Possess a technical knowledge of Linux/Unix, Networking and VM Ware
  • Prior Avaya, exposure in serving Global Customers
  • Advanced Troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Wireshark is an asset
  • AVAYA endpoints J Series
  • Strong organizational skills and administrative background in a fast-paced environment
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving skills
  • Very detail-oriented with time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A professional communicator with excellent telephone skills; must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Collaborates closely with other team members in a virtual work environment.
