Summary

The Source (Bell) \xe2\x80\x93 IT team is responsible to build, develop, automate and operate The Source IT infrastructure and Applications of our data centers, and to integrate an end-to-end connectivity for the services hosted on our virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current on-premise architecture and propose and implement strategic solutions to migrate to Cloud. (Google Cloud Platform)
• Implement, support and improve appropriate IT/Network and automation solutions to support the Cloud requirements.
• Design, test and deliver the IT functions with production quality.
• Implement solutions to provide end-to-end connectivity for complex service requirements
• Define requirements and specifications with internal groups in an Agile setting (Epics and User Stories)
• Participate to the technology development; contribute to the strategy and evolution of existing services, as well as future architecture evolution around communication platforms.
• Requires to be on call and to perform off hours work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Critical Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Science or equivalent working experience.
• 3-5 years of technical or operation experience in network or IT
• Excellent knowledge of enterprise Cloud Infrastructure \xe2\x80\x93 GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.
• Experience with Cloud migration and pre-requisite enablement requirements
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with a good sense of humor
• Team player who always put the interest of the team above all other priorities
• Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement in day-to-day work and take appropriate actions
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with a strong attention to details
• Strong time management skills and work ethic (highly motivated) to manage multiple projects/accountabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile / DevOps / Lean / Six Sigma experience
• Experience in building IT infrastructure
• Experience migrating to Cloud
• Network certifications
• Cloud Certifications considered an asset
