Job Description



Title - Cloud Data Architect Location McLean, VA hybrid Duration \xe2\x80\xa2 2 Months Pay rate \xe2\x80\xa2 $98.59 per hour on W2 As a Cloud Data Architect , you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient cloud-based data solutions. You will be responsible for leveraging suite of tools and platforms to architect data solutions that meet the organization\'s business objectives and data requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing, data architecture principles, and proficiency in data and analytics products. Key Responsibilities:

Architect Cloud-Based Data Solutions: Design end-to-end data architecture solutions on cloud platforms, with a specific focus on leveraging technologies.
Data Modeling: Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance policies and security measures to safeguard sensitive information. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Optimization and Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize data architecture for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and tune databases and data pipelines as needed.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data architecture, data flows, and processes. Ensure knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing, data management, Make recommendations for adoption as appropriate. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Data Architect
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and other Adobe data products.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, SQL).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
