The Opportunity:

Canadian Natural is looking for a Cloud Analyst to join our Information Systems Cloud and Communications team. Reporting to the Lead, Cloud & Communications, you will be responsible for the delivery and sustainment of Canadian Natural\xe2\x80\x99s modern communication, productivity and cloud services, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Microsoft M365, Jabber and WebEx.

Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver and maintain cloud tenant environments and operations: Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365
• Deliver and maintain managed communications and productivity services including calling, chat/messaging, audio/video conferencing and office productivity across on-premises and cloud service components
• Ensure the availability, scalability and security of services and systems
• Evergreen documentation of service management configuration, support processes and knowledge base
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product roadmaps, and technologies enhancements to continuously improve services and systems
• Contribute to the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring they deliver required capabilities

• Job location: Calgary, Alberta
• Eligible for relocation pursuant to Canadian Natural\xe2\x80\x99s Relocation Regular Policy
• Shift schedule: 5x2 \xe2\x80\x93 Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
• On-call: Participate in service team on-call rotation

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technology industry experience with at least 3-years administering communication, productivity and cloud infrastructure services
• Strong technical knowledge of public and private cloud service models, modern communication and productivity services, and cloud automation technologies servicing 5000+ global users (Cisco VoIP, Webex, Microsoft 365, Terraform, Azure, AWS)
• Skilled in cloud security principles and best practices
• Microsoft Certification in Azure, M365, Exchange Online, or Teams preferred.
• Detailed understanding of Active Directory, Azure and M365 security
• Familiar with the ITIL framework and use to deliver excellent IS and customer service
• Proven and effective technical writing and presentation skills
