The Closings Administrator is responsible for collecting commissions from Co-brokers and Lawyers.

This position reports directly to the Manager of the Payroll Department.



The Closings Administrator is responsible for;

Communicating with Branch Managers, Lawyers, Deal Administrators and Office Managers regarding mandatory paperwork and collection of commission. Follow-up for the balance of commission or confirmation of closing Managing emails and answering phone calls Receiving mail, courier bags from branches third parties and distributing items in an effective manner Other duties as assigned by Management

Required Skills and Knowledge



Accounts Receivable experience an asset Google Applications an asset Microsoft Office an asset Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
