We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your role is essential in ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and serving items as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Follow all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with customers. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
