Close Open Equipment Maintenance- Brief Description

Are you a hands on individual who takes pride in the results of your work? We are looking for focused individuals who will be committed into helping us run a strong Planned Maintenance program within our restaurant. For this position you will be trained and taught how to deep clean our main pieces of equipment like the cooking grills, deep fryers, toasters and more! We are looking for individuals who are going to help maintain the life and performance of our major equipment. If you have an attention to detail and get satisfaction out of cleaning, this may be the position for you! *Please note, this position can only be offered during one of two time frames, either 11pm to 7am overnight or 4am to noon early morning. The equipment must be cleaned and looked after during low volume sales hours to not affect us serving our guests. Because of the late night/early morning shift, we offer a premium per hour on top of minimum wage, paid breaks and free meals on shift.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, leveraging your knowledge of safety regulations and equipment.
• Multi-tasking in between troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances during your shift, and repairing d\xc3\xa9cor and equipment, whether it\xe2\x80\x99s during the day or throughout the night.
• Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision.
