You are:

A master of contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. You are a techie and above all, a team-player. You\xe2\x80\x99ve always understood the power of technology to make contracting easier, and now you\xe2\x80\x99re ready to work collaboratively to help clients get ready for the future of CLM by automating processes, leveraging data and generating insights.

You\xe2\x80\x99re skilled and experienced in bringing structure to managing contractual risk and improving contracting speed and efficiency, drawing on strategy, technology, and people to create common processes and frameworks for clients. You know the satisfaction of building and integrating an intelligent contracting culture across an organization and delivering the change management and process improvements that create value for your clients. You have a special focus on acting as a trusted advisor for all things contracts, from developing a CLM strategy through execution and implementation. You are solutions oriented, guiding teams through complex problems and helping them \xe2\x80\x93 and clients \xe2\x80\x93 navigate change.

The work:

  • Support project teams as they modernize the contracting process and leverage data to generate insights, manage contractual risks and improve efficiencies
  • Champion CLM strategies by:
  • Defining end-to-end future state CLM processes and legacy contract migration that incorporate AI and machine learning
  • Implementing Cloud-based CLM solutions
  • Working on integrating CLM platforms with other enterprise applications to improve digital efficiencies
  • Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
  • Help grow the practice by showing clients the benefits of Accenture initiatives and products
  • Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses \xe2\x80\x93 and ours
  • Be ready to travel when needed
Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you need:
  • 3+ years of management consulting or contract management experience
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Banking, Insurance, Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods through consulting or industry role
  • 3 years of experience as a CLM functional consultant with CLM platforms (e.g. Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, DocuSign) including operating models, supporting organization structures, integrations and process best practices
  • Bachelor\'s degree
Bonus points if:
  • Solid project management experience including: defining scope, setting project timelines and milestone, driving deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management
  • ERP technology understanding (SAP-Ariba / Coupa / Oracle / Workday / Salesforce)
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve got an L.L.B, J.D., MBA or another type of advanced degree after your name
