Job Summary:



KGK Science is a world-leading Contract Research Organization and provider of Clinical Research and Regulatory services for the Natural Health Products industry.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role with KGK Science as the first point of contact for all potential clinical trial participants. The Recruitment Coordinator and will work closely with the marketing specialist and KGK clinic staff to ensure that clinical trials are filled effectively and strategically with participants who meet specific criteria. Success in this role will be determined by the Recruitment Coordinator's ability to maximize clinical trial bookings through excellent customer-focused communication and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:



Ensure incoming enrolled participant communications get routed to the appropriate clinic staff Intake of daily participant application surveys Data entry of participant data, medications, health conditions, lifestyle, and other necessary information as it pertains to KGK studies into Clinical Conductor software Triage all participant surveys to determine eligibility for clinical trials applied for and/or concurrent studies Act as a primary communication point for all participants, to enroll in clinical trials, advising of current and future clinical trials, and book clinic appointments Book participants into the clinic schedule, ensuring an optimal level of participants are booked each day to maximize clinic capacity and hit recruitment targets Maintain clean and organized notes on participant files Ad hoc duties

Qualifications:



Diploma or bachelor's degree in health sciences, life sciences, or a related field Highly analytical problem-solver with a passion for creating excellent customer experiences Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Microsoft Excel Experience in screening participants, collecting medical information, and applying eligibility criteria Experience in a customer service-focused position Familiarity with Clinical Conductor or other clinical trial management systems (CTMS) -- strong asset Experience in customer service or patient-facing roles (especially in healthcare) is valuable Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for connecting with internal staff and external trial participants Experience supporting marketing campaigns for recruitment (social media, outreach, or advertising) is an asset. Team player, open to feedback and new ideas
