The

Clinical Supervisor

will provide leadership, support, and clinical oversight to ensure our clients receive safe, effective, and person-centered care. This position plays a key role in supervising staff, maintaining care standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Health Care Aides, Nurses, and support staff Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, safety protocols, and provincial regulations Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and mentorship Facilitate staff orientation, education, and ongoing professional development Respond to client or family concerns with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance quality of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

Requirements

? Must hold a

current registration number

with a recognized regulatory body
? Minimum

2-3 years of clinical experience

in a community or residential care setting
? Experience in staff supervision or a leadership role preferred
? Strong understanding of health care standards, ethics, and best practices
? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
? Compassionate, professional, and client-focused
?

Valid driver's license

and reliable transportation are assets
