The Role

We are seeking

Clinical Supervisors

to provide virtual supervision, mentorship, and clinical oversight to Associate Therapists (LMSW, LAC, AMFT, etc.) or students. In this role, you won't just sign off on hours--you will help shape the clinical identity of new practitioners. You will ensure quality of care, oversee compliance, and provide a supportive space for supervisees to navigate complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight:

Provide weekly or bi-weekly individual and/or group supervision via our secure video platform, ensuring supervisees meet state board requirements.

Case Consultation:

Guide supervisees through case conceptualization, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management (including suicide risk assessment).

Documentation Review:

Review and sign off on clinical notes, treatment plans, and billing records in a timely manner, ensuring they meet medical necessity and compliance standards.

Mentorship:

Support the professional development of new therapists, addressing countertransference, burnout, and ethical dilemmas.

Onboarding:

Assist in the clinical onboarding of new supervisees assigned to your team.

Qualifications

Licensure:

Active, unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD).

Supervisor Credential:

Must hold the state-required "Supervisor" designation (e.g., LCSW-S, Approved Clinical Supervisor, etc.) or meet state requirements to supervise pre-licensed clinicians.

Experience:

Minimum of

2+ years

of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using Electronic Health Records (EHR), video conferencing tools (Zoom/Google Meet), and Slack/Teams/Lark for communication.

Leadership Style:

You approach supervision with empathy and curiosity, not just authority. You are organized, responsive, and passionate about ethics.

Pay: $60.00-$200.00 per hour
