Dragonfly Family and Learning Services is seeking a passionate and progressive Clinical Supervisor to join our team full time.

This position is a hybrid position, with the Clinical Supervisor working from home and attending meetings virtually as well as providing in-person/virtual supervision to direct and mid-level staff during in-home sessions. This is a full-time, salary position with benefits and the successful candidate would work a 4-day work-week of 30-35 hours.

The ideal candidate has the following:

Master's degree related to ABA, Autism, etc. Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario) Dedication to progressing the field of ABA Willingness to listen to different perspectives and adjust accordingly Commitment to promoting client autonomy and rights Experience with frequent and/or severe aggression Experience working in home-based ABA programs with young children Experience with remote supervision an asset
This position will include:

Conducting ABA assessments Creating ABA intervention plans and programming Reviewing of assessment and intervention programs created by our Senior Therapist(s) Reviewing and creating client programs and behaviour intervention plans In-Person and Remote observation of sessions Supervision of Senior Therapist and Instructor Therapists Providing clinical oversight and recommendations for all ABA clients Provide clinical oversight and recommendations for all caregiver coaching clients Create and facilitate group workshops and staff training as needed/when appropriate Attending professional development workshops/courses Collaborate with director to ensure quality service Supervision of ABA Team's caseload of 160 to 220 weekly direct therapy hours
