Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing client care services, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, and providing guidance to staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, youth and adults. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care provided to our clients while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Responsibilities



Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering high-quality client care. Ensure compliance with medical terminology and documentation standards, including the use of electronic medical records. Conduct regular assessments of client care plans and adjust as necessary based on data collection and client needs. Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices in client care techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for children with various needs. Monitor the implementation of treatment protocols and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes. Maintain accurate records of clinical activities and ensure confidentiality of patient information. Facilitate bi-weekly Clinical Team Supervision Offer 1:1 and dyadic supervision to staff

Requirements



Proven experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or educational setting. Excellent data collection skills to assess client progress and inform treatment strategies. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a focus on individual client needs. Pay: $110.00-$130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
