Cambridge Cardiac Care Centre is a full-service non-invasive cardiology Centre focused on prevention of cardiovascular illnesses, early & accurate diagnosis of cardiovascular risk & disease, as well as thorough & complete cardiovascular therapy & rehabilitation. Our expert staff will provide you on site counseling & education to help you heal yourself. Our state-of-the-art cardiac testing facility will provide you with rapid & complete non-invasive on-site cardiac investigations. Through our focus on lifestyle change & cardiac rehabilitation, we will work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to help protect you from cardiovascular illness or recover from it should it pre-exist. Position Summary: Full time - In Clinic Clinical Research Team Regulatory and Contracts Coordinator

to join our growing research team

Key Responsibilities



Prepare, submit, and track

Research Ethics Board (REB)

and

Health Canada

applications and amendments. Coordinate

clinical trial agreements (CTAs), budgets, and confidentiality agreements

with sponsors and legal teams. Maintain regulatory binders, essential documents, and compliance with

ICH-GCP

,

Health Canada

, and institutional requirements. Liaise with study monitors, sponsors, and investigators to ensure timely approvals and documentation. Support site qualification, initiation, and closeout visits. Contribute to continuous improvement of internal research processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications



Post-secondary degree in

Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Regulatory Affairs

(or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of experience

in clinical research, preferably in a regulatory or contracts coordination role. Strong understanding of

REB/Health Canada submissions, ICH-GCP

, and clinical trial operations. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for sponsor and team interactions. Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and document management systems.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

Ability to think critically, solve situations based on protocols and algorithms

Work independently

Mandatory Qualifications : At least 1-3 year of experience

Schedule: Hours 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday (5 days a week) In Clinic
