We are currently looking for Full-time Clinical Psychologists in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, and Halifax to join our dynamic team!

When our clients who operate in high-risk scenarios are building their teams, they rely on Calian\xe2\x80\x99s network of Psychologists to conduct assessments to ensure their applicants are fit for the job.

Join a team of Clinical Psychologists nationwide who are helping to ensure that federal, provincial, municipal and private sector organizations are staffed with fully assessed members who are ready to perform their duties.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for interviewing candidates who have previously undergone formal testing using the MMPI-3 and 16PF administered by Calian. After your one-on-one interview, you will complete a template with your findings. You will also have the support of our experienced Senior Consulting Psychologist.
• You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting test results and then conducting a follow up clinical interview and ultimately determining whether the candidate meets or does not meet the requirements of our customer.
• You may also be required to provide feedback on individual assessment results to the customer and defend psychological evaluations when requested.

• 24-36 months of experiencing providing assessments for public entities in the last 10 years
• Must have completed 50 assessments for psychological readiness of candidates in the last 10 years
• Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology is preferred, a Master\xe2\x80\x99s with the proper background is also acceptable
• Must be fully licensed as a Psychologist in province of practice.
• Fully bilingual in English and in French is a strong asset.

• Full-time contract \xe2\x80\x93 up to 40 hours per week.
• Work can be done on weekdays, weekends and/or evenings.
• Must be able to conduct interviews with candidates in-person in a private office (fully remote cannot be considered at this time).
