The Faculty of Nursing, University of Prince Edward Island, is now accepting applications for a full-time Clinical Nursing Instructor position. The instructor will provide direct clinical supervision to undergraduate students in acute medical surgical settings at the Prince County Hospital and the Learning Resource Centre at UPEI. Direct clinical supervision of students may also be required in primary health care settings, community settings, and long-term care settings. This appointment is subject to final budgetary approval.Qualifications: BScN or BN, current registration or eligibility for registration with College of Registered Nurses of Prince Edward Island (CRNMPEI) and at least 3 years of full-time clinical experience. Expertise in adult nursing is required. Previous experience in teaching and clinical supervision of students (including preceptorships) would be an asset. Master\'s degree in nursing would be an asset.
