Position Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is an advanced practice nurse with graduate education in nursing, possessing advanced clinical and theoretical knowledge/skill within the clinical specialty. As a member of Seniors\xe2\x80\x99 Services, the CNS will have a combined clinical consultative and clinical capacity building role in the support of care for the older adult during hospitalization and transition into the community. As a nursing leader, the CNS role will advance excellence in care through involvement in education, research, program development and evaluation and research. This position will require travel across all three sites.
