We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be committed to providing high-quality medical services to our patients. This role involves working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering effective nursing interventions.

Duties

Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on medical history and current health status. Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions and medication administration. Deliver acute care services in a fast-paced environment while ensuring adherence to medical protocols. Offer support and education to patients and families regarding health management, including dementia and hospice care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Stay informed about medical terminology

Qualifications

Current registration and in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta Proficiency in medical terminology and case management practices. Strong skills in patient care Health Quest EMR experience is an asset Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to enhance nursing skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
