Job Description
This thriving private practice is seeking a licensed Clinical Manager in the Vancouver, BC area to train, support, and manage the current staff as well as help build the business by fostering and implementing a great company culture. We are looking for providers with excellent leadership skills and with the right personality/temperament to manage varying personalities.
Opportunity Highlights/Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, train, and supervise the current providers.
- Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a
- clinical setting.
- Excellent management skills.
- Support at satellite facilities once/twice a week.
- Little to no sales pressure - this is a nonprofit organization!
