What You'll Do
Lead clinical operations and uphold evidence-based standards of care.
Mentor and supervise up to 3-4 junior SLPs under CASLPO mentorship guidelines.
Perform assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy for children and adults.
Review documentation (assessment reports, progress notes) to ensure consistency and quality.
Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and service expansion.

What We're Looking For
CASLPO registration in good standing.
3+ years of independent practice (private practice or outpatient preferred).
Experience supervising or mentoring is an asset.
Comfort with both pediatric and adult caseloads; virtual care experience is a plus.
