We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Clinical + Educational Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client care. Is passionate about testing and psychometric tasks and responsibilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to individuals facing various psychological challenges. The Psychologist will work collaboratively within a private practice setting in compliance with testing "Best Practices".
Duties
Conduct comprehensive psychological (Psych. Ed) assessments and evaluations for youth and adult clients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
Provide therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Stay current with developments in the field of psychology through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree preferred in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
Valid CPO/CPBAO autonomous practice certificate to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
Declared competency and experience working with children is highly desirable.
Knowledge of special education principles and practices is a plus.
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and research methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $65.27-$95.57 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
