About the role
The Clinical Education & Biomedical Communications Intern supports our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute new content for various marketing, medical education and sales training material. The intern will gain exposure to the marketing, sales, education and training of innovative medical devices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Clinical Education and Marketing teams to research, write, design and edit marketing collateral and training content that is effective, meets regulatory and legal requirements, and is appropriate for the intended audience.
  • Acquire knowledge of assigned products or clinical areas for the purposes of building content, via integration with sales and/or R&D teams.
Required qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Biomedical Communications (MScBMC) Program at University of Toronto
  • Software experience: Rise/Articulate, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects; Maxon Cinema 4D; Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales and/or the health sciences industry
  • Background knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and sciences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results oriented
