We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and mission-driven Clinical Director to oversee and guide the clinical operations of our Family Reunification Center. The Clinical Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing high-quality, trauma-informed treatment programs to support the recovery and reunification of families.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and evaluate trauma-informed, family-centered programs aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
Clinical Supervision: Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality care and professional growth.
Client Care: Oversee individualized treatment plans addressing addiction recovery, co-occurring disorders, and parenting skills while promoting a safe, supportive environment.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain program compliance with all governing regulations and ensure continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
Community Collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships with child welfare agencies, treatment providers, and community resources to enhance client support.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary education required; master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is an asset.
Licensure: Must be registered and in good standing with the appropriate governing body.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in addiction treatment, mental health, or family services.
At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting.
Experience working with families involved in the child welfare system is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, and family dynamics.
Proven ability to develop and manage clinical programs effectively.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
