Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Psychotherapist/Clinical Counselor to join our team. As a Psychotherapist, you will provide high-quality, individualized therapy to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and a strong commitment to supporting clients in their personal growth and healing journey. The ideal candidate will also already have a small client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to support clients' emotional health.
• Assist clients in setting personal goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
• Provide psychoeducation on topics such as body image, self-esteem, and stress management.
• Collaborate with our medical team to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each client.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
• Stay informed on trends in wellness and mental health.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid registration with RCC or RSW in BC
• Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and client-centered approach to counselling.
