Job Summary

:

Seeking a Clinical Counsellor to deliver community-based services. Candidates can choose to work flexible hours while maintaining their full-time job at other place.

Responsibilities encompass:

Provide trauma-informed clinical counselling to ICBC clients. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and kinesiologists. Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients in pain management, trauma recovery, and psychological rehabilitation

Education, Training, and Experience

:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Clinical or Counselling Psychology. Active and practicing full registration with one of the following professional associations (valid for the current year): Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada*
BC Association of Clinical Counsellors*
BC College of Social Workers*
Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association*
Canadian Professional Counsellors Association*
Experience working with ICBC clients Strong report-writing skills.
