Full Time and Locum Opportunities Available

Benefits: Retention package of $8,000 after the first year of service, $16,000 after 24 months, and $24,000 after 36 months

Location:

Western Health, situated on the scenic west coast of Newfoundland and Labrador, is seeking the services of a Cardiologist for Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook, Newfoundland.

Western Memorial Regional Hospital is a 171-bed regional referral center for Western Newfoundland and provides services to a population base of approximately 78,000 people. They are affiliated with Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador Faculty of Medicine and they encourage and support academic interests.

Remuneration:

This position is fee-for-service and remuneration will be in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement and MCP Fee Schedule.

Qualifications:

Eligible for registration and licensure as a Cardiologist with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland (CPSNL)

Specialist training in Cardiology

Royal College of Canada Certification or eligibility

MCCQE1 exam OR a complete set of USMLE\'s
