Position Overview:

As a Clinical Assistant at Orthologie, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our orthodontists and ensuring our patients receive top-notch care throughout their treatment journey. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a drive to learn, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

No previous orthodontic or dental experience is required - we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and thrive in this role This is a full-time position. Shifts are Monday to Friday, typically between 8:45am-5:45pm. Candidates will need to work at both our Vancouver and Richmond office locations. Vancouver Address is 2425 Oak St #220, Vancouver. Richmond address is 5951 No. 3 Rd #320, Richmond.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist orthodontists during patient procedures Prepare and sanitize dental rooms between patients to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. Educate patients about their treatment plans and oral hygiene practices. Capture clinical photographs and 3D scans of patients' teeth. Document treatment notes for appointments Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule appointments and follow up with patients. Help with digital submissions, 3D treatment planning, and virtual monitoring patients' treatments.

Willingness to help with creating content for office's social media No prior dental experience or certifications required - comprehensive training provided. Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred
