Are you organized, compassionate, and curious about working in healthcare? Our growing podiatry clinic is looking for a reliable assistant to support both

medical cleaning tasks

and

front-desk duties

-- while learning how to work directly with patients and support clinic operations behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning and sterilizing medical instruments in compliance with health standards Filing and organizing paper medical records with accuracy and efficiency Greeting patients, answering phones, and assisting with check-in/check-out Booking appointments and confirming visits with professionalism Assisting with submitting government claims Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly day-to-day Supporting the office manager and covering basic responsibilities during absences

About You:

Dependable and punctual, with strong attention to detail Friendly and respectful -- comfortable working with patients of all ages Fast learner who's comfortable using basic office software (Word, Excel, email) Organized and tidy, with good time-management skills Professional appearance and demeanor Able to maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare protocols Flexible availability, including willingness to help cover holidays or sick days when needed Open to learning more advanced admin processes to support long-term clinic needs
