About the Role

The Clinic Support Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping the clinic running smoothly. This flexible, "all-hands" position supports the clinical team by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. From sterilization and room turnover to managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment, the Clinic Support Coordinator ensures that patient care and daily operations never skip a beat.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations Support

Help in sterilization and infection control processes. Flip rooms quickly and efficiently to keep the schedule on track. Step in as a Level 1 assistant when required.

Inventory & Equipment Management

Maintain and organize clinical supply inventory. Track usage and submit supply orders as needed. Receive, label, and rotate stock to reduce waste. Monitor and coordinate routine equipment maintenance and repairs.

General Clinic Support

Float to areas of highest need throughout the day. Provide coverage for unexpected absences or high-volume periods. Assist with special projects or team initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to step into many roles as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a dental setting is an asset (DA Level 1 experience preferred but not required). A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever the team needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
