Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Support
Greet patients, sign them in, and assist with intake forms
Ensure patients feel cared for and supported during their visit
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and empathy
Scheduling & Marketing
Book patient appointments and follow-ups
Conduct outreach calls to market services and schedule new patients
Assist in promoting clinic programs and services
Operations & Coordination
Support smooth clinic flow by assisting providers and patients as needed
Ensure forms, documents, and billing processes are completed accurately
Assist with MVA, WSIB, and EHC claims processing (training can be provided)
Team Support
Step in wherever needed to ensure a positive patient experience
Collaborate with clinic staff and management to keep operations efficient
Take initiative in identifying tasks that improve clinic flow
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and organized
Previous experience in a medical/clinic setting is an asset
Knowledge of MVA, WSIB, and EHC billing is preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 17 - 40 per week
