Clinic Receptionist
Job Description
We are a very busy multi-disciplinary clinic located in central Surrey. We are in need of a P/T or F/T receptionist to join our busy team! The applicant must be:
- proficient in English and Mandarin
- a team player and displays a positive attitude
- good phone manner, provide excellent customer service
- professional in appearance and interactions
- able to communicate effectively and confidently with patients
- able to multitask in a very busy environment
- be proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
Approximately 30 hours per week is required which may include some weekends and weekday evenings, with the possibility of increased hours in the future. We are looking for someone who is flexible, wants to grow with the position, and is looking to commit for a minimum of 12 months. We are looking for someone to start training immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
