Balance Lab Wellness is a modern, multi-disciplinary clinic in Coquitlam.
Our work brings together physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, kinesiology, and active rehabilitation -- all under one collaborative system of care.

You will:



Understand the rhythm of our booking flow -- and drive it to its fullest capacity. Welcome and guide patients through their visit. Coordinate bookings, communication, and patient flow with accuracy. Keep the clinic organized, professional, and ready at all times. Support practitioners and maintain operational flow.

You are:



Experienced in front-desk or client or patient-facing roles. Clear, composed, and reliable under pressure. Detail-oriented and confident in your professionalism.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
