BodyTune Wellness is a cozy, welcoming wellness clinic in Abbotsford, BC, offering Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Acupuncture, and Bodywork Massage. We pride ourselves on offering personalized care in a calm, low-pressure environment. We're looking for a reliable part-time receptionist to join our team.

Qualifications & Skills

No experience required; training will be provided Previous customer service experience is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and basic software (Jane app, email, scheduling systems) Ability to handle light cleaning and maintain a tidy work environment Must have a valid work permit to work in Canada Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Availability to work fixed shifts on specific days

Job Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and check them in for their appointments Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings using the

Jane app

Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed Process payments and issue receipts Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with general administrative tasks and light cleaning duties (including tidying treatment rooms and keeping common areas clean) Answer client inquiries and provide information about our services Support the team with other duties as required

Work Schedule

Part-time position with fixed shifts (schedule to be discussed) Open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday Closed on Sundays
