Role Summary
The Clinic Operations & Content Coordinator supports
patient flow, treatment capacity, and organic clinic growth
.
This role is a hybrid position that combines:
Clinical operations support
(laser & contrast therapy flow)
Content creation & publishing
(video + blogs)
Clinic systems support
(liaison between clinician & marketing agency)
The primary goal of this role is to
improve efficiency and visibility
to an already thriving clinic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Flow & Revenue Support
Assist laser therapy operations to allow multiple patients to be treated safely and efficiently
Support contrast therapy sessions: Pre/post nervous system measurements, Patient coaching and setup, Room turnover and sanitation
Maintain calm, organized patient flow during busy treatment blocks
Communicate clearly with the chiropractor, receptionist, virtual receptionist, and laser technician to reduce bottlenecks
2. Content Creation & Organic Growth
Record short-form video content (Reels / Shorts) during clinic hours (with consent)
Edit and post content to Instagram and other platforms
Write
SEO-optimized blog posts
based on in-clinic topics (laser therapy, contrast therapy, nervous system health, recovery, etc.)
Have regular meetings with marketing agency to develop organic campaigns
Be liaison between marketing agency and rest of clinic team
Post content to: Clinic website blog, Google Business Profile, Social media platforms
Organize a content library for ongoing reuse
(This is educational, authority-based content - not influencer marketing)
3. Clinic Systems & Brand Support
Have regular meetings with marketing agency to develop and increase patient engagement efforts
Spearhead special projects to boost patient engagement, including building and managing an online membership platform using tools like
GoHighLevel.
This includes creating, organizing and uploading content, coordinating rollout, and supporting community participation among existing patients.
Be liaison between marketing agency and rest of clinic team

Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort working directly with patients
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Blog writing or SEO familiarity
Experience with: Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
Nice to Have (not required):
Experience with laser therapy or recovery modalities
Blog writing or SEO familiarity

Interest in nervous system health or performance
Actively prioritizes personal health and recovery, with firsthand experience using services such as chiropractic care, movement-based therapy, or other preventative wellness modalities.
Training and Certifications will be provided for all clinic-specific systems.
