$25 - $35/hr based on experience.

JOB SUMMARY



The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional patient care, and driving clinic performance. Key responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, implementing systems and training programs, tracking patient outcomes, and fostering a cohesive, motivated team culture. The Clinic Manager ensures financial oversight, compliance with regional regulations, and alignment with the company's mission to build a premier network for medical aesthetics and alternative medicine. This role is pivotal in cultivating a patient-centered culture, implementing best practices, and supporting clinic growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Operational Leadership



Implement and monitor compliance with provincial healthcare regulations and clinic policies. Manage facility maintenance, inventory, and supply chain to support service delivery. Ensure weekly inventory audits are completed and followed through, with all products counted, reconciled, and accounted for accurately. Monitor staff adherence to protocols, including cleaning, documentation, and safety standards. Ensure adequate front desk coverage at all times, adjusting schedules and reallocating staff support as needed to maintain service levels. Attend product/service training regularly to deepen understanding and provide knowledge-based leadership. Oversee staff scheduling and time-off requests to maintain appropriate coverage, ensuring both patient appointments and team wellbeing are supported. Prepare and oversee time clocks, payroll, and other administrative related responsibilities. Support reception, call center operations maintaining flexibility to step into various roles as needed. Oversee supplies and ensure each treatment room is consistently stocked and prepared to support service delivery standards.

Patient-Centered Care



Develop and maintain a culture of holistic, patient-focused care that aligns with BIOS' mission. Ensure high standards of service quality for medical aesthetics, wellness treatments, and consultations. Handle patient concerns and feedback professionally and empathetically to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction through loyalty programs, feedback systems, and personalized care initiatives.

Financial and Strategic Management



Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs to meet financial goals. Build strong relationships and collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for revenue growth, patient acquisition, retention, and stay appraised of general marketing updates. Provide financial reporting and cost control to ensure clinic profitability

Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to achieve strategic objectives.

Leadership and Team Development



Regularly review internal communications, newsletters, and product briefs with all staff. Support recruitment, onboarding, and manage clinic staff, including medical professionals, aestheticians, and administrative employees. Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure consistent performance. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the multidisciplinary team. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff, including conducting regular refresher training sessions to ensure skills and knowledge stay up-to-date.

Systems Implementation



Establish and enforce systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Regularly review and update processes to align with industry best practices and legal requirements. Implement tools for tracking patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics.

Industry Trends, Marketing, and Community Engagement



Subscribe to industry-specific publications (i.e., journals, blogs, newsletters) Attend conferences and webinars that focus on emergency trends and innovations. Liaise with Marketing to execute campaigns. Represent the clinic at community events and establish partnerships to strengthen local presence. Follow key influencers for insights from thought leaders and analysis.

Compliance and Risk Management



Ensure adherence of all clinic practices with applicable governing and provincial regulations. Conduct regular audits of charting, photo documentation, and treatment settings. Analyze patient feedback and take action to address any concerns or areas for improvement.

Outcome Measurement



Track and report patient outcomes to ensure consistent success across all services. Use data to identify trends, set goals, and implement improvements in service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or wellness setting. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field Strong operational management skills, including overseeing clinic operations, staff, and patient care. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and achieving financial targets. Proficiency in using clinic management software and tools Knowledge of AB's healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Knowledge of healthcare regulations (CRNA), privacy laws (CPSA), and industry standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and evolving industry trends. Proven ability to measure and improve patient outcomes through data-driven strategies. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in quality and safety standards.
