Overview:
As a Clinic Manager you will serve as a key leader in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic while also utilizing your clinical expertise to perform in-clinic medical procedures. This dynamic role requires a balance of administrative responsibilities, clinical skills, and leadership abilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and the efficient functioning of the clinic.

What you will be doing:
Administrative Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staff assignments, and resource allocation to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient flow.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance clinic efficiency, safety, and quality of care.

Manage clinic resources, including supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate levels for daily operations.

Staff Leadership and Development

Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing education to staff to enhance clinical skills, professional growth, and job satisfaction.

Conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, and recognize achievements to support staff development and retention.

Patient Experience and Customer Service

Ensure a patient-centered approach to care delivery, with a focus on providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and personalized care to all patients.

Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed patient expectations and enhance satisfaction.

Implement initiatives to improve patient experience, streamline processes, and optimize clinic services based on patient feedback and quality improvement efforts.

Clinical Care and Medical Procedures

Perform a variety of in-clinic medical procedures within the scope of practice for RNs or RPNs, including but not limited to working with medical equipment, injections, medication administration, and minor surgical procedures.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.

What you must have:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) licensure in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with demonstrated competence in performing clinical procedures and providing direct patient care.

Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing nursing practice and clinic operations in Ontario.

Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology.

Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Salary/Rate Range: $65,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $93,500
