• You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

• You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
• Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
• You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
• You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday (early mornings & late evenings on surgery days), and occasional Saturdays as needed (to support the team).
• Required: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et fran\xc3\xa7ais \xc3\xa9galement (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patient).
• Required: You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group).
