Your impact


As a Lifemark Clinic Director, you'll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health & career journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership. Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic. Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence. Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic. Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development. Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions. Assisting in recruitment and hiring of staff. .

Qualifications

Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university. Fully Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia. Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic.
