Ontario Mental Health Therapy We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, efficient person to join our amazing Admin Team at our Psychotherapy practice. The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, prioritizing, multi-tasking and have a positive attitude. This Candidate will also be willing to learn and grow with our team! Pay: $20/hr Shifts will be flexible hours This role will report to the Clinical Director. You have a passion for helping others as you will be communicating with our clients. Qualifications
  • Must live in Ontario, Canada
  • 2-3 years of experience in Client Care and Customer Service (preferably in a medical office at the front desk)
  • Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are welcome!
Responsibilities
  • Supporting Psychotherapists with client bookings, payments, administer intake & consent forms, etc.
  • Client support: answering client calls and emails, managing appointments and processing payments
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance (follow up with payments, securing payment information, uploading secure documents, managing the booking software including schedules and treatments offered)

  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate professionally, with compassion and patience
  • Confidence to share ideas and constructive criticism to help the practice grow
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and to-do\xe2\x80\x99s simultaneously \xe2\x80\x93 you work well under pressure and you meet deadlines
  • Tech savvy (everything is online)
  • An appetite for innovation and simplicity who is highly process oriented
  • Working autonomously comes easy to you but you also love collaborating with a talented team
  • Considerable experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite, Gmail, Dropbox, Mac, Windows in a work environment
  • Knowledge of JANE scheduling software is an asset
