Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple medical clinics. This role involves hands-on management of clinic staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Clinic Area Manager will play a critical role in driving clinic performance and fostering strong relationships with both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations at multiple medical clinics. Develop and implement clinic management plans to optimize operations and staff performance. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of clinic staff. Manage patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and overall patient experience. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly operational reports using Microsoft Excel. Implement continuous improvement initiatives tailored to clinic needs. Strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate new partnerships. Work with various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Travel to clinic locations across Southern Ontario as required (50% travel expectation).

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in managing or supervising medical clinics in Ontario (required). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Strong project management and process improvement skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership. Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (required).

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
