We are currently hiring

Clinic Administrators

for

full-time, part-time

, and

multi-location support ("floater") roles

What You'll Do:

Greet patients and manage front desk activities Answer phones and schedule appointments Maintain and clean operatories Assist in denture consultations and review treatment plans Submit and file insurance claims Collect payments and manage daily transactions

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, adaptable professionals who enjoy helping people Organized and detail-oriented individuals Tech-savvy and confident communicators (phone and in person) Team players who can also work independently Comfortable in changing environments (for multi-location roles) Prior healthcare or customer service experience is an asset A

valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
