Complement Healthcare is a well established multidisciplinary clinic in Dundarave area of West Vancouver.
We are seeking a part time Reception /Administrator/Office manager to join our team of practitioners and administrators.
The position is approximately 24 hours per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
The qualified individual should possess some of these qualities:
- Previous reception experience ( at least 2 years) in healthcare.
- Knowledge of JANE software is a MUST. Direct billing experience is advisable.
- Pleasant customer service skills on the phone and in person with strong command of the English language.
- Basic MS Office, email and some social media skills such as FB, Instagram and Canva.
This is a permanent position and the applicant must be available for all days.
Hourly wage is TBD based on experience.
